We have represented government agencies and multinational companies in both local and international arbitral proceedings involving energy projects, construction contracts and shipping (to name a few), under LCIA and ICC rules.

The firm handles family related cases, dispute resolution among family member and any other family related issues.

We advise clients on a wide range of tax matters, including tax planning and structuring, tax assessments, sensitive negotiations with taxation authorities, and tax litigation. We have a successful track record of representing the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS), Nigeria’s federal tax agency, in various matters spanning both trial and appellate courts. Our deep understanding of the regulatory landscape and informed knowledge of regulators, make us well placed to advise clients on any risks and concerns pertaining to taxation.

We handle major claims for both individuals and corporate Clients and undertake Litigation involving Product Liability, Personal Accident claims and Maritime Cases.
